Happy #7 Birthday Caleb!
We held a Scooby Doo (his favorite show) birthday party for Caleb this year. Caleb was really excited to see many of his friends there to support him; they all had fun playing the "Mystery" games and eating yummy food. Caleb recieved some really nice things from everyone. We'd like to say thank you to everyone who came.

This is the first snowfall of the year. We all get so excited, our kids get all their snow gear out so they can go outside and play in the first fallen snow. It is tradition for mom to turn the Christmas music on and make hot chocolate for the kids when they come in. They had lots of fun!
Conference weekend, after conference was over on Sunday we decided to take a drive up big Cottonwood canyon for fun. We packed hot chocolate and parked in a place Jon used to come and read before his mission. We read our scriptures together, then got out to see the beautiful mountain side and the snow falling. It was fun.

We were able to participate in the "Luekemia and Lymphoma society" walk for a dear and close friend who died of luekemia 2 years ago. It was nice to see so many people there supporting the cause. Though we continue to miss Tyler, it was nice to participate in the walk to remember him.

We were able to enjoy a weekend up at the Cazier cabin with some friends. We had a good time and it was fun to see our kids play together.

We made some time to go to the Scarecrow Festival at Thanksgiving Point. Though it was windy and on the verge of rain, we still had a great time. The kids got to do all sorts of fun Halloween things including riding the ponies to going in a kid haunted house. I was glad we went, because we also were able to pick our pumpkins which we only paid a buck for. It was cool!
This wasn't one of the pumpkins we picked...ha ha ha. The kids were amazed at how big this pumpkin was.
